Terms and Conditions for Laptop Repair Services
- Service Agreement
- By submitting the repair form, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between Novational Digital and the customer.
- Diagnosis and Repair
- Our technicians will perform a thorough diagnosis of the laptop to determine the necessary repairs.
- An estimated cost of repair will be provided after the initial diagnosis. Any additional costs will be communicated and require customer approval before proceeding.
- Warranty
- We offer a 3-months warranty on hardware repairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover batteries or software-related issues or physical damages
- The warranty is void if the laptop shows signs of damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
- Data Protection
- Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting their laptop for repair.
- Novational Digital is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
- Repair Process
- Repairs will be conducted promptly, but timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability.
- Customers will be notified of any delays or additional issues discovered during the repair process.
- Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
- A deposit may be required for certain repairs or parts orders.
- Non-Repairable Devices
- If a laptop is deemed non-repairable, the customer will be informed, and any diagnostic fees will apply.
- The customer may choose to have the laptop returned or recycled by Novational Digital.
- Liability
- Novational Digital is not liable for any damage or loss beyond the repair of the laptop.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
- Collection and Delivery
- Customers are responsible for dropping off and picking up their laptops from our service center.
- Abandoned Devices
- Laptops not collected within 60 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to cover repair costs.
