Terms and Conditions for Laptop Repair Services

  1. Service Agreement
    • By submitting the repair form, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between Novational Digital and the customer.

  2. Diagnosis and Repair
    • Our technicians will perform a thorough diagnosis of the laptop to determine the necessary repairs.
    • An estimated cost of repair will be provided after the initial diagnosis. Any additional costs will be communicated and require customer approval before proceeding.

  3. Warranty
    • We offer a 3-months warranty on hardware repairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
    • The warranty does not cover batteries or software-related issues or physical damages
    • The warranty is void if the laptop shows signs of damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.

  4. Data Protection
    • Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting their laptop for repair.
    • Novational Digital is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

  5. Repair Process
    • Repairs will be conducted promptly, but timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability.
    • Customers will be notified of any delays or additional issues discovered during the repair process.

  6. Payment
    • Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
    • A deposit may be required for certain repairs or parts orders.

  7. Non-Repairable Devices
    • If a laptop is deemed non-repairable, the customer will be informed, and any diagnostic fees will apply.
    • The customer may choose to have the laptop returned or recycled by Novational Digital.

  8. Liability
    • Novational Digital is not liable for any damage or loss beyond the repair of the laptop.
    • Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

  9. Collection and Delivery
    • Customers are responsible for dropping off and picking up their laptops from our service center.

  10. Abandoned Devices
    • Laptops not collected within 60 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to cover repair costs.
